The preparation process went well. The preparer was efficient and very professional. O was caught of guard because I asked her the previous week how was the fee and she said $275 for state and federal. She referenced after completing the package that fees were based on how many categories needed to be completed.
The man who filed my taxes. Amazing guy, very funny and friendly, he knows his job very well. It was my first time filing and he made it fun.
Mr. Guy and Mrs. Dorris are both kind, knowledgeable, and was of great service. I appreciate them both.
