Eva in Walmart at Casa Grande did an adequate job on my taxes but is very poor at communicating. I could barely hear her and she seemed incapable of answering questions in a clear, direct way. We “went over” all the needed signatures but she mumbled and rushed through and did not seemed prepared to answer questions. If I wasn’t supposed to clarify and ask things then don’t offer to go over it with me.
