The customer service is amazing
Took about 4 hours for them to file the return. This was due to an error that was caught by a supervisor not on location and could have cost us $2,000.00. We were not given an explanation of the error just pieced together this as the prepare was coached through how to fix it. Glad a supervisor saw the error but what happens if they get busy and not able to screen them as they should.
