Worst experience ever. So unorganized and I sat there for over 2.5 hours. Very uncomfortable too. The person helping me let several people interpret us during my tax preparation. Then after all this the cost was way to much!! NOT WORTH IT at all... This was at the Walmart in Peoria at grand Ave. Don't waist your time!!! On top of all the waisted time i spent waiting the guy never paid my state tax bill that he charged me for and took the money out of my tax return money.
