Very nice staff. On time and professional. Went above and beyond
Terrible service. And the Serve card your employing ensured was hassle free is useless unless you use online. Can't swipe or use at ATM and when we returned to ask questions a week later we where met with rudeness and attitude. I have used Jackson Hewitt 3yrs in a row for my taxes and this will be my last year.
