Didn't need to wait long to get in and taxes were done fairly quickly. Everything was explained well and my questions were also answered. Nellie did a great job!
I haven't had my taxes prepared by them in over 30 years. I took a chance, and went to the location at Walmart in Ogden. About the time I should have recieved a refund, I recieved a letter from the Utah State refund, that, not only would I not reciev my refund, but that I owed. I contacted Jackson Hewitt. After throughly going over my return, one of my W2s had been filed twice!! It has since been corrected and re-submitted, but now I could wait for several months for my amended return. I could have gotten it over a week ago.
