Was nor pleasant at all. The lady didn't know anything. Didn't even get a copy of my return. Crazy. I couldn't even pay what I owed the irs through them.

I really liked the person that prepared my taxes. Unfortunately I will never use Jackson Hewitt again. I think it is completely outrageous for being charged over $400 to complete a simple form an not to be told of this cost before hand.
