DO NOT GO HERE ! They do not follow the order in which walk ins come in. After sitting and waiting for over 3hrs. I was told that I had to wait even longer because they guy who came after me had a appointment at 1 at the Broadway store. And it was well after 2 when he came in. If people have been sitting and waiting for hours. Why are we being punished for the other JH associates not showing up to there locations ? He didn't have a appointment at 5th street.
