This was the worst tax experience I’ve ever had. I scheduled an appointment for 11, when they open. My husband and I got there at 1050 and someone else was getting their taxes done. We assumed they booked an early appointment. We later learned that the couple got there at 1045, and rather than telling them that he had an appointment, he just did their taxes first, which took an hour. So finally at 1145 it’s our turn.
