Was very helpful. Did my taxes in a very prompt time.
I have been very frustrated by the lack of clear support and communication from JH regarding an IRS request. I can’t get any updates on the status other than being told I am on the spreadsheet. In addition, I found Renee to be a very rude employee of this office and actually hung up on me when I asked too many questions and wasn’t getting any clear answers.
I was pleasantly happy with the kind service, and would recommend Jackson Hewitt to anyone.
