I was a little nervous to go in and have my taxes done after last years experience but Catrina made up for the bad experience last year in every way! She was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. Even with my kids running around screaming she was super attentive to them and awesome as heck with them, all while remaining on task. I was in and out within the hour and very satisfied with the service I received! Will most definitely return as long as she is a part of the Jackson Hewitt staff! Definitely recommend ... read more
Lynn Kauffold is the best tax preparer! You will lose a lot of customers when she leaves. Your management of your Co. in this state is horrible! Jackson Hewitt is the absolute worse. Your fees are way to high. We will never file with your Co. Again!
