Matthew is always awesome
There wasn't a lot of explanation provided about what was being done OR why and I never received the discount offered through the advertisement that I showed the tax preparers. Neither preparer seemed familiar with how to provide the discount so I did not receive one and was charged the maximum amount I could be charged for a pretty basic filing.
