Scheduled online was fast and simple. Was presently surprised they had same day availability. Keith Ugas assisted me today he was very professional and answered all questions I had. Was very informative and I will be scheduling with him at Jackson Hewitt next year! Btw I’ve been with h&r for the past 10 years todays experience with Jackson Hewitt made me never want to use anyone else again!
