The young woman was very nice, new to the community from Texas. I enjoyed her conversation while she prepare and filled out my taxes
Second year in a row my deposit account information was put in wrong. I even told Helen to double check it cause it was entered in wrong the year prior. She said not to worry she had to put it in twice. It was entered wrong again. I was never asked to double check this myself just told to sign. Definitely will be going somewhere else next year. Absolutely ridiculous that I have to pay hundreds of dollars to get my taxes done but they cant even be done the correct way.
Very nice and respectful! Customer Service was a 10 and every question I asked was answered perfectly
