1st appointment was cancelled day of because tax preparer couldn’t stay late. Rescheduled for the following week, showed up no one was there. Waited for 30 minutes +, reached out to a separate branch but didn’t receive a response. Called back the next day to figure out what happened, no explanation. Rescheduled for that same day, left work early to make the appointment, that tax prepper couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t be listed as head of household and why I wasn’t receiving a child credit all of which I qualified for the... read more
