The lady was very friendly. her customer interaction with me was beyond anything I ever had. Made it feel like we knew each other for years. Made me feel comfortable and confident with my tax filing.

Horrible place n the guy is worse
My preparer was not helpful at all. He told my wife and I that his boss told him to charge us extra. Is it because we are black? And then all the hidden fees. You guys provide black folks with terrible service. Put a sign out saying no blacks allow or we charge blacks double. You literally charge us $630 to do our taxes. Never in my life will I ever come here or recommend anyone. And today was a good day, make another stupid remark towards my wife n it will be a problem.
