I had an appointment for4//7/26 to do my tax so I took a day off, when I got there a few minutes later a young man came and said I am the only one in here, I said but I am scheduled with the lady who did my tax before, He said she is not here anymore, I said so you guys don’t have to call and let the client know, So I just left but funny thing was he left before me and nobody was there!

I've waited to cool off before posting a review. Erica was nice and pleasant and I felt comfortable with her after our initial meeting. My service request was a little more complex than just regular filing and I knew it would take some time. Long story short.
