2024 tax year was the first time I used Jackson Hewitt and I am still waiting for my return. I understand that mistakes happen, but I have eft several messages for Amanda and was told she would call me after tax season. Today is June 4 and I have not received a call from her yet. The receptionists were very friendly and helped me as much as they could but honestly I wont be going back. I have left a message for the area director, i winder if I will get a call back from them?
Went better then planned
Way to expensive!!! They wanted $650 dollars for a half hrs work. Ive had some bad luck and only made 86 hundred last yr. 650 for someone that didn't make that much was insane. I will never use their services again
