Thomas is amazing! We had a very complicated return and he took care of everything, fantastic service!
We felt the preparer was not as focused as we would have liked. It took almost 2 hours to do what we considered a fairly straightforward return. Days later we realized that he missed a 1099 because he didn't turn the page. We contacted him, and he responded that we shouldn't worry, but also said he didn't want to charge us to do an amended return. He made the mistake! First and last time we'll be using Jackson Hewitt

We had our taxes done last week at the Ten Mile Walmart. The preparer was very friendly when he greeted us. He said he needed to return a personal phone call, which he did in front of us; the call took a few minutes. He then started looking at our documents, but at the same time talking about other things. We were getting concerned about whether or not he was completely focused on our taxes.
