Garbage. Made an appointment yesterday. Waited 30 minutes in the parking lot for no one to show. Got no message. No email. No call. That’s terrible customer service. Why was I even able to make my appointment and get sent the reminder if yall weren’t even going to be there?! Called Bloomington store and they said it should’ve been open. They were even confused on why no one was there. The kids had school so no way was it “too cold” to not show up to work. I work outside in this. You have a whole office.
