Never again a waste of time and money
Had an appointment scheduled at 3pm. Received multiple reminders. Left work early for appointment and I arrived at 2:50 and waited for 45 minutes and no one ever showed up.
It was bad at the local store. However the The regional office got involved and corrected the errors on my tax return. That gave me a new respect for JH in keeping their commitment in resolving the problem. 5 Stars
