Minus zero!!! My conclusion is they just don't care. Tried several ways to make them aware of my experience. Even sent an email to the corporate headquarters; VP Customer Relations, no response-not even acknowledged. Thankfully, there are choices, this location won't EVER be one of them.
The office went above and beyond to gather information about a branch down in SoCal for a friend of mine. I had to take my little helpers (my kids) with me to my appointment and Areti had some treats for them. Great customer service!
Mariann has been doing my taxes for the last 10yrs or more and she is a good tax preparer and the atmosphere was nice
