I was NOT satisfied with Jackson Hewitt, the tax preparer told me I had to pay the IRS $2094.00 because of a 1099c with Wells Fargo claiming I had a $17,000 credit that was charged as income tax along with my income with Safeway! I know it's not Jackson Hewitt's fault. it's all my damn fault because I maxed out my credit card with Wells Fargo, I was having financial issues at the time because I was unemployed.
