Was not good experience didn't finish my taxes
If I could give zero stars, I would. Made an appointment for this Walmart location. Showed up, no one is there at the desk. I call the phone number and a man tells me that location is closed. Asks me to go to the storefront location a couple blocks away. Says to hold while he will call them. Hangs up on me. I go to the other location. Also dark, closed, locked. POOR BUSINESS MODEL IF CLIENTS MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND LOCATIONS ARE VACANT.
