Messed up my taxes 3 times, filed statuses wrong, could never get in contact with anyone in the office. If I hadn't have checked over them I would've been screwed. Still have yet to have all the problems fixed. Paid 500 in tax prep fees for my taxes to not be done right with no refund offered for those fees either.
