My husband and I have been going here for years and have always received the BEST service.
I've been coming to the same person (Nancy) at Jackson Hewitt for a few years..Nancy is always friendly and helpful..she loves pizza..I bring her 1 each year..get your taxes done at Jackson Hewitt with Nancy..tell her the pizza lady sent you..even with her hand on s cast she works fast and good..
I have been down to this location 5 times in a few weeks time. Apparently Jackson Hewitt doesn't know anything about customer service. You have lost my business because you suck at what you do. Whoever the lady is that says she doesn't work there, why are you greeting customers if you don't work there? I'm curious what kind of circus this place is running. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!
