I felt really badly for Kathy the women that possessed my taxes. A women I am assuming her supervisor called while I was signing my taxes and yelled at her so loudly I heard her through the phone . Very unprofessional. And continued to call but Kathy didn’t pick up the phone.
I had my taxes done by Barrie and she provided excellent customer service. Barrie was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and explained the whole process to me. Barrie answered all of my questions, and I left the office understanding everything. I will definitely be a return customer.
