**BE CAREFUL - PRICES NOT AS ADVERTISED** I had some very simple returns I had to get done, and I found online that jackson hewitt was supposed to have low cost preparation for non complicated return preparation. According to the pricing they were advertising online, I was expecting to pay $50 - $75 tops to get these returns filed, possibly I thought $100, but okay. I felt really badly for Kathy the women that possessed my taxes. A women I am assuming her supervisor called while I was signing my taxes and yelled at her so loudly I heard her through the phone . Very unprofessional. And continued to call but Kathy didn’t pick up the phone.
