This is my fourth year of using Jackson Hewitt. I have had great experience. I am a procrastinator last minute they always have an evening appointment for me to come in. They are very kind, professional, neat and knowledgeable.
He was very helpful! He found me extra money in my return and was helpful in figuring out some complicated issues with my out of state status
I will not be going back! I was charged over $$600.
The person I worked with was very nice and professional. Got my taxes done in a very timely manner and explained things to the best of their ability to me if I had questions.
The gentleman was very informative on what I was going to need to do for next year taxes so I won't have to pay in.
