Nick Lordi and his team at Jackson Hewitt in Lyndhurst are amazing at what they do and I have been going to him for years. He is helpful, proactive in getting your taxes done right, and most importantly he knows the tax rules. I could not ask for a better person or team to help me with my taxes!!
If I could leave zero stars, I would. Almost $200 in service fees (which I was mistakenly charged twice for initially, btw) for the worst service I’ve ever experienced doing taxes. None of these people seem to know what they’re doing and Nicholas Lordi needs to reassess his customer service skills.
