Been a nightmare with these people. Overcharged me after quoting me a certain price and my taxes weren't prepared correctly, were wrong and still aren't right. I continued to point out mistakes that needed to be corrected. When I arrived to pick them up the first time, the kid had no clue what he was doing, nothing was printed or put together and than hands me a stack of papers with other paperwork mixed in between.
