Very poor service. I could not get a call back for weeks. My taxes were filed late due to no response. I finally had to escalate 3 levels to get a call back. My taxes were done incorrectly. I was told that I could not deduct my house taxes, which was incorrect. Once I caught this, my state refund went from 95.00 to 659.00. I have very little confidence that I received the maximum refund like the company promotes.
Laura Blackler was very helpful and easy to work with. She went above and beyond what I would have expected. She is an asset to the Jackson Hewitt family.
We had our taxes done at Walmart in Brunswick, Maine. Laura was just amazing! I’ve never felt so good about having our taxes done! I can’t thank Jackson Hewitt enough for hiring her!
