The actual employees who worked on our taxes were very nice and did a great job! However, upper management was terrible and rude, and didn't honor a coupon that we bought in on time. We will not be back to Jackson Hewitt and we certainly will let our family and friends know.
The young man at the Walmart working for you guys is not professional and he tries to belittle people. He has a smart mouth and when I told him about himself he said he wasn’t trying to do that but he had already done it and you can’t take that back. I was his last customer of the night and he didn’t acknowledge me waiting in the store cart because of my disability. Had a AWFUL experience ....I had an email for a $149 tax return deal. When we finished he (at kernersville nc Walmart ) told me that offer expired yesterday and charged me $750....Also he originally told me as a Walmart employee I got 33% off, and failed to honor that too (said i had to have worked there in 2024).....i called a manager (because he wouldn't ) and got no resolution .. absolutely will not do business here again .
