Kim Garner at Sparkman location was great! She was personable and answered any questions I had regarding the taxes. I would definitely use her and Jackson Hewitt again.
Our initial experience was not good, the place we initially booked called the day of and rescheduled from 11am to 4pm. We arrived at approximately 3:50pm and nobody was there. We waited until 4:20pm before calling the main number and they were able to book us 30min away. We arrived at that 2nd location and had a wonderful experience, however, the original appt lady called us at 4:40pm while we were otw to the 2nd location and asked if we were still coming, that she was almost there? The one lady I dealt with was wonderful. She was extremely efficient and knowledgeable.
