2 years in a row and JH tax pro inaccurately did my taxes in person. Supervisor fixed it and I had to go in person to sign for the corrections. My time is money and they refused a refund. They seem to be poorly trained.
Fast and east. The preparer was polite and answered all my questions. I will definitely use their service again.
A bit pricey, but the service out weighs the cost.
