Last year, we did our taxes with Jackson Hewitt and they were good, this year, we dropped the papers with the Manaport location in Manassas with Leonar, 3 weeks and not done, when I call to check status, different excuses like I am alone in the office, system down, Internet down, finally I toke papers from that office & dropped them in the Walmart office in the mall, Abu Bakar was good, he finish them in 2 days, still after staying with him for a total of 9 hours, final piece of the story, they promised us with a discount fo... read more
