never got my state refund back, the kingman, az office close, no one around, sad, sad
They may be nice but if someone is going to do your taxes they need to be done on time. Thank goodness the first part of our taxes were done. They neglected to put in a injured spouse form so we got nothing. Stacy said she would fill it out and would call us to come sign we had 2 weeks before the 15th. Last year I used the tax services. I was very upset about the ex wife about how much I had to pay in taxs so I took it out on the tax services that year. I went back and I got Stacey again. She still was very respectful to me again Great job Sorry for last year
