Overall good service, but I feel like they're charging way too much to file tax returns.
I was doing some shopping at the Wal-Mart in Chardon Ohio. And actually had no plan of doing my income taxes today. Until I walked by the Jackson Hewitt Booth. So I figured why not get them done and over with. I had a lovely lady named Karyn Engel help me and she was wonderful, very friendly and helped me understand something's that I didn't know. Highly recommend her and the company she works for.
Kate was awesome and took care of me in record time. I highly recommend her.
The secdanry area a little miss. Was scheduled . Forced to a diffrent slot couldnt go to show up and not there. But the main branch was wonderful in Akron quick and friendly.
