Typical tax preparation company. I liked the big discount for new customers and how convenient their services are. I didn’t like the random locations, like being inside Walmart, it feels a bit unorganized. Also, in-person tax filing can cost around $500, which is frustrating when it can be done for free on your own. Overall, they did a solid job. If you want something quick and easy, they’re a good option.
