Had an appointment rescheduled for today and they were closed.
Manager ran the place like a fast food joint. We were there for 2 hours and she didn’t seem competent, running all around behind on appointments. She also could’ve used a discount because I referred someone in but she forgot to so I lost out of 50$. She was also wearing an inappropriate t shirt with skeleton hands over her chest. Definitely not going back there again. Also didn’t fill out my gfs taxes with the forms we said they should. They didn’t seem familiar with the gov non profit paperwork
2nd year coming here. Always a quick and friendly visit by knowledgeable professionals!
