Steve was great. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. Unfortunately someone in their Chapel Hill management decided that i was not eligible to schedule a payment plan for my federal since I owed less than $5k and changed what steve and I had completed. Then i tried to have it changed back and spoke with Augustr? Who did not call me back and when i called again we got into it, and she hung up on me.
