This was the 5th and LAST time that I will be going there! The only reason that I went this year was due to a promotion . The charge was supposed to be $149. I asked and was told that the promotion was over, but, they now start at $99. It took an hour for my taxes to be done and I was charged $449. So, my original refund was supposed to be $535 and after paying this ridiculous charge, I will barely receive anything! It is absolutely absurd!!!
