Steven was great, he was the one to fix everything after Matthew spelled my name wrong, local tax was wrong, didn't due property tax rebate, handed me a pile of papers at the end, didn't explain anything. Didn't even get readable copies because printer needed serviced.

Every year my dependents and amount I receive are the same. You changed banks this year for the early loan option. So this is the only year I didn’t receive a loan and nothing has changed on my end. But it has on yours. It’s nice to have for Christmas and bills. Many people I know have also had this problem this year. I will not tell anyone to shop at Jackson Hewitt again.
