I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the tax preparation service I recently received at your Hiram location and to request a refund. I initially visited to file my 2024 taxes, as I did not have any income to report for 2025. The only additional documentation involved was an insurance form that, in hindsight, could have been easily submitted independently.
