Love the friendly personalities of the employees, and their professionalism. Latonya is wonderful! Using the site's online system, I set up the date and the time ( that's convenient for me), to drop off my tax paperwork. Once everything is completed, I get a call to return to the office to sign my name, pay the filing fee, and authorize for electronic transmission to the IRS. The process is so easy!!!
