I want to start off by saying the good things about our experience. My husband and I were filing for the first time jointly, this was our first time filing not on turbo tax, we had both pulled out stocks in the past year, we had just moved from California where there are state taxes, and we knew we would a very complicated time. The lady was very patient with all of the paperwork that we brought and patient with us not knowing quite a few answers she needed.
