Andy has done my taxes the past 2 years and my boyfriend’s for a while and he’s been amazing! Would recommend them to anyone needing their taxes done.
I didn’t have an appointment, so I did have to wait about an hour and a half to be seen. That said, Allie Koonts was the only person working and truly held it down. She was very personable, relatable, and efficient despite handling everything on her own. Her great customer service skills made the experience smooth and positive, even with the wait. She remained professional, friendly, and helpful throughout. Overall, a good experience thanks to her dedication and work ethic.
Andrew was absolutely amazing and he was so pleasant to deal with. I also observed his kindness he exhibited to other customers coming in. It was hectic and last minute (4-15) but he held his composure and helped us all in a timely fashion.
Took us on a Sunday as a walk in. The gentleman was great!
