Friend's Bad Experience First of all, let me say, I have not personally done business with Jackson Hewitt Tax Service. When they were located inside Walmart Supercenter, a friend of mine took advantage of this "convenience" since she worked at Walmart. Sometimes convenience doesn't always mean being efficient.

Had a Bad experience with this Company They were very unprofessional the one and only time we went to them. They really did not seem to know what was going on. It really made us nervous and we were right on the verge of leaving. Needless to say, we didn't go back. I'm not sure of the problem, but it was I think the first year they were in our town.
