Nothing went according to what we were told/ expected. We file our taxes and that was the main goal. They can do that. If you need an advance, or are in desperate need for financial assistance at the moment, I would strongly recommend HR Block, or almost any road side tax service that promises money upfront to get you out of your financial situation you are going through at this time. I went to walmart in cookeville and the woman tells me not to file I wont get anything I cant claim dependents wouldnt look at my paperwork and texted aloud through her watch infront of me and said "well I was supposed to be home but this girl showed up and then I have 1 more after her" HATE THIS PLACE! OR THAT WOMAN!! I GOT 1400 BACK! TURBOTAX

all I can say is that this tax service is a rip-off and a joke. they promised us a refund loan up to $3,200 and my fiance only got $1,200 and we had to wait the same amount of time as if we did the return ourselves electronically at no charge and yet this tax service charged us $600 on top of that the owner is very rude not very helpful spoke to me like I didn't know what I was talking about and I've been doing taxes myself for 30 years and actually have work for H&R Block I know as much as she does stay clear of this place ... read more

Excellent services by Kelsey in the Sonora office/Walmart. She didn’t hesitate to help me with my return. She answered my questions that I had concerns of. I was satisfied with how much I was getting back. I’ll be coming back next year.
