Everyone who was there ,that worked there,were very polite kind ,professional and knowledgeable of income tax laws. . When the occasion that an issue wasn't understood by one of the employee's...every other employee who was there came over to help fond the answer.. they all made by vivit there a very pleasant surprise. My tax preparers name is : Tara McCoy. She was the best. Kept things light handling but professional. I would love to do her again. She needs a bonus.
Very friendly and helpful. Process was done in a timely manner. All my options were explained to me in terms that was easy to understand.
