My tax professional Kenny was excellent!! very prompt and friendly as well.
I filled my taxes this yr with the company like I have the past few yrs. And couldn't even get a print out of my paper work. Or anyone to answer my calls although the man preparing my taxes was courteous and proffesional Jackson Hewitt itself not so much and I still haven't received my taxes or stimulus and can't get an answer from anyone I'm very disappointed this yr with this company.its a shame have always had great experience with them.
