Mark arrived to repair my AC problem within 15 minutes of calling. Very reasonably priced and clearly explained what he was doing to fix the problem.

Contracted Mark late in the evening for service on a dead A/C unit. Mark arrived at my home at 8am the following morning as promised. He diagnosed the issue and had the A/C unit up and running within an hour. He is a super nice gentleman and very knowledgeable in his field. I would highly recommend his company every time.

We called Mark at Jackson Heat and Air as our Ac stopped working and we were desperate but it seemed that everyone could not get to us for weeks and their prices were so high. Mark came out and was very patient and explained what was available and went to great lengths to get our new system by the end of the week. Thank God for sending Mark the owner of Jackson Heat and Air for your concern , hard work and honesty we can say enough good things about this man.

Mark was great! He got us scheduled in quickly, resolved some equipment availability issues, showed up when he said he would, did quality work, and was great to discuss the pros/cons of various options with.
